Recovering Slowly

Well I had my second physio appointment and things are looking up.  I’ve been allowed to get back to training, but I will be taking it easy – honest 🙂

Had a run with jogscotland on Wednesday but then left it a few days and headed out for my second run today which happened to be in North Berwick as we were visiting my Mum in Law.

This blog is mainly going to be pictures, basically because it is so beautiful down there.

Will be back to almost normal training this week in that I will be doing jogscotland Monday and Wednesday, but we are running a complete beginners group so we will be starting with a walk/run program.  Heading up to Inverness on Saturday to do the Baxters River Ness 10k on Sunday, which is one of my favourite runs.  Just going to take it easy and enjoy it and when I finish I’ll be able to cheer in so many of my friends who will be doing their first marathon this year.

Can’t wait, it’s going to be epic.  Just hope I have enough cheering voice left 🙂
