I’m not the sort of person you immediately look at and think “yeah, she’s a runner”. I’m short at a towering 4 foot 9 inches!
Since the photo below which was taken at my first Half Marathon, I have lost a few stones in weight. I have Type 2 Diabetes, which I control by diet and to add insult to injury suffer from exercise induced asthma which thankfully is now pretty well under control.
I love running, and it’s only just started to love me back.
